2. ⁠Booth Registration Deadline - May 9th, 2026
3. Booth will be confirmed only after full payment is received.
4. Booth registration fees must be paid in advance & before May 15th, 2026

6. Booths are allocated on a First-Come, First-Served Basis
7. Promotional deals on products must be confirmed before May 20th, 2026
8. ⁠All promotional deal products must be delivered to us by May 25th, 2026
9. Vendor can promote a Maximum of 2 Brands per Booth
10. Each booth will include: ✓ One Table · ✓ Tablecloth · ✓ Two Chairs · ✓ Banner
11. Distribution of free samples or promotional bags is Strictly Prohibited at the show
12. Vendors may begin setting up their booth at 8:00 AM
13. Light refreshments, food & beverages will be provided throughout the show
